This is informative and awarness initiative in general public interest by dhankeshri devi foundation. central govt have appealed that do not use rail for journey in general to stop spreading corona virus march 2020. if you can avoid train journey for at least 15 days till 31st march 2020, then must avoid. in the view of central govt decision irctc has changed the ticket cancellation rule as well as tdr filing rule. indian railwys have cancelled more than 1000 trains. railways have eases the cancellation rule in public interest. no need to panic. you have ample time for counter train ticket cancellation as well as irctc web ticket. new rule for cancellation and tdr from 22 march 2020 is as
