How to handle childrens and make a schedule for them in this lockdown period w.r.t corona virus or covid-2019

This is one of the challenging task for every parents. due to corona lockdown all members of family are free and staying with each other whole day and night. before lockdown each family member have their own schedule. we all are busy with our personal schedule. not much free time to observe the other schedule. all members have different psychology. now due to lockdown every age group people living together. the real challenge is enjoying the moment without any quarrelling among family members.

lets make some plan for childrens so that they do not feel restrictive. A dhankeshri devi foundation initiative.

1. Respond to your child's every recation, guide them for every question they asked in supportive manner.

2. love and care your child a little bit extra. listen their concern very carefully. support them with positive attitudes. never be rude during relpying to your child questions.

3. Arrange some playing materials. like chess, caremboard, luddo, bat-ball, badminton and many more as per childrens choice. you must play with these game with childrens and encourage them to take these game as seriously.

4. always make some daily routine for childrens. follow the daily routine time. whether it is playing or studying.

5. make a schedule for studying. follow the routine every day.

6.  update your childrens about this corona virus. how and why this is spreading. what are the symptons. how can be safe from contamination.

7. guide them for safety rules. help them during physical exercise.

How to spend time and live stress free life during lockdown for adult people w.r.t coronavirus or covid-19

Useful tips for adult people by Dhankeshri Devi Foundation

Most of the people feels anxious and stressful in the period of lockdown. some are extra anxious and thinking a lots of negativity about their futures and family. nodoubt indian are of very caring by nature. they always think about their families. it is very tough time for all indians. we have not world class medical infra structure. we have very limited advanced medical facility. if this corona virus became uncontrolled then lots of people suffers. in absence of advanced medical facility, lockdown and social distancing is the best option for indians. so we have to support out medical authority by staying at home. first be safe and then safe family.

I have some creative idea about how to spend this lockdown time period with joyfull.

1. stay at home and take healthy diet.

Healthy diet is very useful during streesful period. because we do not go out for junk food, so make a habit to cook healthy diet at home. this has two major benefit
a. spent time at home with family
b. get best quality healthy food.

2. do exercise regularly

in the morning and in the evening make 1.5 hours reserved for exercise. by this way you will spend time and your body will get good health tonic. you will get freshness, and reduce lots of fats.

3. sleep at least 8 hours.

During your hectic daily life you never sleep properly. always busy in following routine life for office, coaching classes, schoolings, and outing with friends. it is the best time to relax for before next busy schedule. take proper sleep. take proper rest. body and mind will be relaxed more and more.

4. Avoid alcohal, smoking  and paan masala.

most of the people take these things when they are alone or outside of home. it is the best time to say bye bye to all these bad habits. try some meditation to leaves these habit also. you have ample time to make your willpower strong. just try this for atleast one time. lockdown will be boon for you people.

5.spend some time in front of Television screen with family members.

watch some news channels, informative channels, movies channels, serials channels along with childrens and other family members. sure it will be a good time for you. it is also a happy moment for your family members.

6.improve your skills

if you have any skills then you may spend some time on improving your skills. if you are interested in past about learning any skills but due to lack of time you did not do that, then its best time for you to start working on those skills. you can learn some extra skills as wells.

7. spent some time for sprituality

It is also a good idea to know about our religions, Godesses, kulguru, kuldewata and many more. learn some divine quality from your old parents and grand parents.

Dhankeshri Devi Foundation, in the next post i will discuss about the childrens time management. how little childrens spend their time and learn some good habits.

precautionary advice for public with respect to corona virus or covid-19

Advices from govt health authorities is like sanjivani for public. we have to follow all advice issued in public interest by our local or national health authority. here some of important point is highlighted. just follow the guidlines, without no if no but. Dhankeshri Devi Foundation always post the blog in time to time for information and safety.

the important advice issued by our national health department is as under

1. Wash your hand frequently

Wash you hand at least for 20 second. use alcohalic handwash. use senitizer time to time for cleaning you hand. the proper method of pictorial handwash is already posted on the blog.

2. Maintaing social diatance

Maintain distance of atleast 1 meter (3 feet)  between yourself and anyone who have cough or sneezing.

3. Stay at home.

Best way to save your self from any possibility of contamination. stay at home and informed.

4. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.

If you touch your mouth, nose and eyes frequently then it may be possible to transmit virus in your body very easily.

5. feel cough, fever and breathing difficulty then consult doctor as early as possible.

6. Stay informed from healthcare department

A dirty politics has been started in India in connection with corona virus or covid-19

Behind every things there is a dirty politics in India. whether it is religious case, sprituals case,  social welfare case or any other case politics plays a vital role. A lots of social welfare works get delayed by political reason. now india is also fighting with epidemic corona virus. indian government announced a country wide 21 days lockdown. todays is the 4th days of lockdown but we have seen a lots of fights among political leaders. each and every leader represents himself as a GOD's men and posting some pictures on social media platforms and showing that they are helping needy people. they reached only a few  and promote himself as a mass leader. why india still far behind on many field due to this political wars among leaders and their party.

Now corona spreading very fast. people got infected with this virus rapidly. No one is interested in mass people remedy. each and every leaders targeting their constituency people to help and promote himself like national leader. lots of leaders involves in vote bank rajniti. this is not the right time to play for vote bank rajniti.

leaders have to work above from party politics. dal gat rajniti se uper uth kar kaam karna hoga. corona is very serious diseses, we can not take it in a lighter ways. help people so that we can beat corona and save mankind.

crucial role of NGOs in fighting with coronavirus

There is panic every where across the world due to coronavirus. most of the countries have already announced lockdown for corona affected cities. corona in India is also a challenged for govt. central govt announces a lots of guidlines to fight with corona virus. a number of govt agencies working day and night 24×7 to implement the guildines. inspite of govt full efforts there are a lots of issues still needs to be troubleshoot.

In many county of the world, NGOs have been asked to help people, guide people, organize awareness campaign, distribute daily needs food, arrange medicine for patients, distributes masks, sanitizers and aware people to make social distancing. briefing importances of staying at home. moving cycle of corona virus needs to be breakdown. many countries people donating NGOs so that they can help people smoothly.

It is the NGOs which have reached rural places during their social welfare works. they knows the rural people very closely and their requirements. so, NGOs should works without any interest as soon as possible. NGOs are known for their self style of working methodology. NGOs should not wait for the instructions from govt. or local body of governor. without any delay they have to participate in full swings. govt agencies have a lots of restrictions to work with people. but NGOs have full right to work for welfare of society. there are not such restrictions as govt agencies have.

without NGOs supports we can not fight with corona virus. do your duty to save mankind.

total violation of social distancing in 21 days lockdown of day4

todays we are going to discuss about

"helping migrantes or helping coronavirus"

before helping any one first asked from your self, whether are you going to help migrantes or helping coronavirus to reach out at every villages.

helping others is a great work. its a divine quality of human or society to help needy people. but todays scenario, govt had announced total lockdown or curfew so that coronavirus can not spread fast. our slogan is stay at home to defeat the coronavirus. #rukega india tavi to jitega. and many more.

only through social distancing we can defeat the virus. now each and every day we see huge crowd moving on street by foot to reach their native land or village. they travelled a long journey in mass gathering. all these creates haven for corona virus to spread fast. they are not migrating but corona migrating from one place to other place. govt is total failed in maintaning social distancing. no need to help migrating people. only help the people who staying at a single place and maintaining social distance. many political leaders posting their picture on the internet that claims they are helping migrantes. it is total violation of govt guidlines. we have to stop people from migratings. if they are agree to stay at a place and stop journey towards their villages then only help. otherwise we are not helping people but we are helping coronavirus to move everywhere.

if i can say it in brief then it is "help people only not corona virus.

india lockdown for 21 days major impact on people, society, economy and country. an analytical report from dhankeshri devi foundation part-2

 to be continue...

4. college going student and job seeking unemployed people.
these category people spending less time at home. most of the time they are out of home. students spending their time in colleges, malls, parks, public places, hitorical monument. they are the busiest peosons on the earth without any cause. so the lockdonw came as like "kaala pani saza". i dont know what they are doing at home. how they pass their time.  i can guess only that they are busy on social media and some entertainment platforms.
job seeking unemployed people thinking that they are burden on society and fully depressed. fooding and logging along with rent expenses are now became a really challenged. they are also suffering a lots.

5. govt sector and private sector employee

govt sector employee which department comes under essential services will have to do their duty in spite of complete lockdown. their families are very anixious but they have no option to cope with the system. overy all these category have limited problems.

those who does not comes under essential services have to work from home. no need to go office daily. maintainung social distance with ease.

private sector employee, some private sector agree with govt term and condition and pay their employee as per order issued. but most of private company not agree with govt order. they always works for profit. employee welfare are on paper only. in reality they do not pass any welfare to their employee. employee have no right to rasie voice against company policy. these category  employee will suffer a lots.

EMI and rent burden are heighest in this category of employee. their expenses are always greater than their earning. so they are always in debt. this working class have highest trouble.

6. weaker section of the society

one of the major victim of the 21 days lockdown are these categoey of people. they are daily eraner for daily fooding and logging. no bank balance. no stock of rasan even for 2 days. they daily eran and buy daily rasan for cooking. even some of people have no house. they are complete homeless even they dsome of them not got space in govt shelter. they live on roadside footpath.

7. economy of india
this got worse affect of lockdown. GDP will go down drastically. major manufacturer sector will face slow down. production on many front will reduceses.

there is a no option of lockdown. so we have to follow govt guidlines by heart. no violetion of any guidlines. stay at home with family and fight with corona.

corona impact on homeless people. an analysis report by dhankeshri devi foundation

Govt has announced all of a sudden a complete lockdown, i know the fact, it was really a good initiave but a lots of people got trapped here and there. all means of transportation suspended without any perior intimation. people not getting a single minute to think and plan. the most who suffers are labours class and private employee. the lockdown announces in the fourth week. most of the labour classes facing money crunched after third week. the lockdonw will continue for the next month third week. so this period was also very critical for poor, homeless, labour class, private jobbers. they will not get any money till lockdown. there are a lots of expense in the beginning of the month. the major one are house rent, EMI, tuition fees, school fees, and debit repayment if any.

on daily i came across a lot of messages on the web regarding how to time pass for 21 days. lots of people showing that they are helping in their families at home. some are busy in cooking, some are busy in white washing, some are busy on web, some are busy in watching favourate movies. but have you think about poor families who have no house. where these people a living, what they are eating, from where they got money for fooding and logging. there are complete lockdown so daily wadges labours did not get any work. the one and only one source of income was majdoori, but they can not do. we have to think about such people also. govt. alone can not help all people. so it is the moral duty of NGOs(non government organization) to help them. non profit making organization, social organization, govt other agency, self help group or even common man. but we have to work wisely, so that they get the required things without breaking any govt. order.

our first priority should be self. if we were not victim of  corona virus then we can help and think about poor and illitrate people. it is the time to utilize our education or by making good strategy to help others.

india lockdown for 21 days major impact on people, society, economy and country. an analytical report from dhankeshri devi foundation part-1

Todays we are going to discuss the major problem arise due to 21days complete indlockdown in India. corona virus have changed the life of many people across the world. whether your are not a direct victim of corona virus i.e. you are not infected with this covid-19 but indirectly it impacts the life of all humen being. it is of first kind of epedemic that creates huge panic across the world. not only sufferer but other healthy people life also became like a hell. lets discuss the major impact of this covid-19 on each and every section of human society.

we start from the begining of the life cycle.

1. new born baby- most of the hospital OPD for general public has been shutdown. only critical diseases cases has been handled by doctors. this new born baby needs extra care after birth. a lots of vaccination and life support medicine required. on the other hand chances of infection by corona virus is highest probability. not only the new born baby child but parents also suffers a lots. all transportation have been shutdown. villager have highest problem to reach the city hospital for daily care of this new born baby. i have no words how parents are affected from the horror of this corona virus.

2. school going childrens upto age of 8-10 years
corona has also impacted the life of these childrens. these age group childrens always prefers outdoor games. but due to corona virus they are lockdonwed in the home. such age grouped childrens are very energetic. even in home they creates a lots of trouble for parents. as the case they are not going for outside playground so they always stick with mobile phone, TV sets, and fighting with their younger and elder siblings. parents have not a single option how to deals with this fight. parents cant not watch their favourate TV serials, news, and sports channels. they not pick their calls because childrens a always playing games in the phone. there was a very old proverb, " bachey jab jayada shaitani kartey they to parents boltey they ki isko ghar se bahar kar gate band kar do, but aaj ye v nahi keh saktey hai, kuki ghar se bahar hi virus sankraman ka sabse jayada dar hai". so i can not explain how these families of such age grouped childrens living together.

3. youth upto class 10th, or after board exams
board exams are very tough for every childrens. lots of coaching classes, private tuitions classes, group study with colleague, and late night study, from all such tedious activity students were full exhausted during their board exams. there are alwas a dummy pressure on them to perform better. so life became like a hell during board exams. every parents have lots of expectation from their childrens. during exam phase childrens are full on pressure. so, after exam they planned for some outing with their colleague so that they relax their life. almost 2-3 months they have not any study at all. so they want to use these leasure time for doing some extra physical or mental activity apart from their books or syllabus. but how these children are thinking about this lockdown. the whole 2-3 months passes away in home lockdown and aftet that new session begins for next intermediate class. i am not able to explain these situation at all.

4. college going student and job seeking unemployed people.

will discuss in the next post.

complete lockdown in india imposed due to corona virus |covid-19 | sanitization and distribution of mask now a challenge

Today at 8 PM on 24th March 2020 our beloved PM Sh. Narendra Modi ji announced a complete lockdown in india for next 21 days.  during this period all citizes are requested to stay at home. only in case of emergency one can travel to another place. India complete lockdown is a new things for youngester. i have observed a lots of people still moving or travelling from one place to aother place without any cause. now only 45 minutes left in india complete lockdown.

In the early morning surely a lots of people gets panic for the daily needs goods. tomorrow in many part of our country india may face some highest panic ever. rasan and grocery shop will face huge crowd for buying by people for storage purpose.

Now real challenged will start from tomorrow 25th March 2020 for every citizens. specially poor and underprivileged families, daily wadge staff, daily wedge workers, dehari majdoor and those who earn daily to feed their family daily like ricksaw puller, auto driver, cab driver, rehadi and patari sellers. Those who are salaried and business men class also suffer but a little bit less. it may be possible lots of EMI will going to bounce in the month of April 2020. Private sector emplyee will not get their salary in time for this month April 2020. the April month will be the bigger challenge for both the finanacial institute as well as economy.

I have no idea about how this situation will be handled by indian govt and banking system. india is a country of farmer and still a large population live in village. its very critical time for farmers, now wheat crop is almost ready for cutting. lots of poor people waiting for this period so that they work as a worker and inplace of wadge they asked for wheat and crop. so that they run their families throughout the years. still a lots of unseen situation will be arise during complete lockdown period.

Dhankeshri Devi Foundation planning to distribute the mask and sanitizers among poor families. but lack of fund we are distributed only in limited families. still lots of poor families not having any kind of sanitization product or mask. they are expecting from local governer to distribute. but the essential item like mask and sanitizers are out of stock from market. those who are interested in helping or donate to us for humanity saving in this epedemic time can send us money in our bank account.the details of bank account is available in the home page of our website. we are not registered but working very honestly for the society. donors are welcome. NGO can paly a big role in fighting with this corona virus. we are requesting to bigger ngos for helping the poors. Non governmental organization or non profitable organization play their role in society. acutally ngos are made for such purpose. now its real time for ngo to come out and support the people in fighting with corona virus.

A small donation can change the life or save the life of needy poor people. so do not hesitate to donate. donate for society. donate for humanity. donate for nation economy. even a small donation of rs.100 can help some one poor people and make their life happiers.

NGOs services will be open. only through call we will be available. do not visit our center. just inform through email, message, missed call, call, live chat etc. just maintain social distance. keep washing hands on time to time for at least 20 sec. we dhankeshri devi foundation are always with you for any kind of support or help.

Today we are going to discuss the success or failure of KYP. it is a Government highest promotional program after central governmemt launched digital india compaign. till today as per the website of Bihar skill development mission thousands of center i
are in operations. almost 11 lakhs student got training from these centres. A small details got from BSDM website regarding enrolment of srudent is as under.

A no. of videos and content regarding success stories of their mission is also available on the govt. website. I am not against of any one. I am also a supporter of such kind of welfare mission specially designed for our Yuva. after all Yuva is the future of our Nation. Nodal website is full of content regarding student enrolment and their certificate distribution. but not any clear information about the qualified student future employment. how many got a job after completing this course. how many have changed their life after completing this course. the content of the program is in thousand of lines. a details syallabus is also uploaded on the website.

the content is full of descritive type in the context. each and every topic cover in very specific manners. my concern is very clear. Govt should keep track the all student future engagement. otherwise trained student may loose their enthusiam.

Why i am highliting all these. there is a strong reason behind my todays discussion. to know the latest about the KYP i have visited the skillmission website. i got a link of their KYP blog. when i have tbrough this blog, a number of information, notification and article published on this blog. but if you gone through very closely then almost every post got '0' comment. it is very shameful about this KYP. the syllabus also contains about the creating and managing blogs. the more or less syllabus of all three module is targeting soft dogital skill. apart from the student, even center co ordinator have not leave any comment about those published blog.

Now my question is this from all center co ordinator, facilitator, there is only source of information is website and blog. if you have not gone through this blog then how you are updated your self about mission activity. if you have visited the blog page then i can expect a at least 10% comment form centers.

I have some doubt about the mission of KYP centers co ordinator. it may be possible that unqualified people running these centers. otherwie a qualified co ordinator must levae some comment and
makes a habit to readout the information published on the blog. on a first glance it looks like carelessness.

survival of NGOs and fundraising activity.

There are a number of factor affecting any new initiative. whether it is a commercial project or non governmental project, both facing a number of challenges. Dhankeshri devi foundation starting with a clear vision in mind. out motto is to do something that directly improve the life of weaker section of society. at this early phase of NGO Dhankeshri devi foundation, how far we will go in future has no idea.

Lets discuss various issues one by one.
1. Team Building
Team building is the highest challenging task for any new project. if you finalize the best team of energetic and dynamic people then you can assume that half of the work has been done. the successfulness of projects depends on team building. at present stage in dhankeshri devi foundation, we have a good team of people. the teamsize is small but vision of all team member is same and clear. we are ready to perform.

2. identification of most needy people for pilot project. this is also a very difficult task. most of the indian NGOs targeted highly rural area. top most best NGOs of india running their pilot project at that rural placed. NGOs having a large volunteer base are easily run such pilot projects. the successful implementation of such kind of projects needs a number of resources. huge capital and a bigger size of team required. top most NGOs in india have all resources to perform such activity. in reality such pilot projects are biased. they never approached any unseen rural village. most of top NGOs in india select projects in such a way so that they get funding easily by promoting their idea. here at Dhankeshri devi foundation we start out first pilot project at our semi rural village. we know each and every fact of near by family. we can easily identifies the needy people. our expert team working on this area. how to identifies the actual needy people from our district Rohatas, Bihar. our priority is to get reconized by society first. we want to gain faith of our near by people. once we run our pilot project on Education and livelihood successfully then we move to other state. we believe at the old proverb "charity must begins from home". we are fighting with a number of top most NGOs in India, top most NGOs in Bihar, best NGOs of india, but we have faith on our team members hard work.

The rest three most important point will be covered in next post. be in touch with us for regular updates.

i have some secret plan for the fundraising. fundraising is the most valuable things for survival of any NGOs. so will not disclose our strategy here. but what other NGOs doing for this will be discussed in details.

TAG: Best NGOs of india, best NGOs in Bihar, best top educational NGOs in india. charity for humanity, women empowerment, work for underprivileged.

What UNICEF thinks about the skill development in children's.

Skills needed for success in school, life and work

As per UNICEF website:

  1. Foundational skills: Foundational skills, namely literacy and numeracy, are essential for further learning, productive employment and civic engagement.
  2. Digital skills: Digital skills and knowledge support the development of digitally literate children, enabling them to use and understand technology, search for and manage information, create and share content, collaborate, communicate, build knowledge, and solve problems safely, critically and ethically.
  3. Transferable skills: Also called “life skills,” “twenty-first-century skills,” “soft skills,” or “socio-emotional skills,” these allow young people to become agile learners and global citizens equipped to navigate personal, social, academic and economic challenges. Transferable skills also help crisis-affected young people cope with trauma and build resilience. They include problem-solving, negotiation, managing emotions, empathy and communication.
  4. Job-specific skills: Also known as “technical" and "vocational" skills, these are associated with occupations – such as carpentry, accounting or engineering – and support the transition of older adolescents into the workforce.

the first two skill development programs running by Dhankeshri Devi Foundation. the foundation skill like primary education to all with gender-ism. the second one is digital skill, under digital scheme we offered  computer classes to student who have passed the class 12th at least. basically digital marketing classes are provided by us which is free of cost. after completing the module, a student is capable to do lots of online works.

Kindly support us. we need strong support from every one directly or indirectly.

When we invest in girls’ secondary education. see the result, what UNICEF says about this investment

Dhankeshri Devi Foundation initiate with the girls Primary Education. we have stated the initiative through self financed mode. sooner or later people realized that how girl education is compulsory from social and economical prospective. so became a volunteer at Dhankeshri Devi Foundation and serve the nation through noble cause. Today's all are talking about the gender equality, but a very few are serious about the education. Education is the only weapon by which a country rise and developed  globally.

if possible then support us for this noble cause by became a donar. donate only a fraction amount what you have. we need your support strongly.

Every child has the right to learn, Dhankeshri Devi Foundation just try to fullfil what UNICEF saying about the childrens Education.

Here is the vision of UNICEF about the children Education. we have to do with in sync manner so that every child get education regardless of who they are, where they live or how much money their family has.

All children have the right to go to school and learn, regardless of who they are, where they live or how much money their family has.

Quality learning requires a safe, friendly environment, qualified and motivated teachers, and instruction in languages students can understand. It also requires that learning outcomes be monitored and feed back into instruction.

In 144 countries around the world, UNICEF works to provide learning opportunities that prepare children and adolescents with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.

Key areas of our work in education include:

Access: Gender-equitable access to quality education from early childhood to adolescence, including for children with disabilities, marginalized children and those living in humanitarian and emergency settings.
Learning and skills: Quality learning outcomes and skills development that come from strong education systems and innovative solutions.

Emergencies and fragile contexts: Improved learning and protection for children in emergencies and on the move.

The lesson of the learning crisis is clear: Business as usual is not improving learning outcomes. A new, more radical approach that focuses on enhancing learning is long overdue and forms the basis of UNICEF’s global education strategy.

To build a world in which every child learns, UNICEF will increasingly promote equity and inclusion. This includes making targeted efforts for children who are excluded on the basis of gender, disability, poverty, ethnicity and language, as well as those who are displaced or affected by emergencies.
