What is TIME management and why whole world is slave of time,

Time is the only thing which is continuesly passing as per universal law. what is time management. time management means to manage our own time. no one can manage universal time. time has a particular speed. time always running with that speed continuesly. we all only managing our own time w.r.t other time. for each and every person on the earth have to obey global universal time GMT. we all are slave of time. we are frequently seening our watch before doing any things. from sun rise to sun set we all follow each and every second of time. whatever we are doing there are always a time factor. whole world are slave of time.

we have to search/design some thing alternative to sun. each and every country of the earth start their time after the sun rise in that country. by the sun set we windup our all schedule for the next day sun rise.

so no body can manage the time.  time is a relative term. we always compare this with other planetry motion.

to be contune in more details......

Plantation project and environmental awareness mission started by Dhankehsri Devi Foundation after this september 2020

We are planning some environmental related awareness and plantation project very soon. we launch a pilot project on this mission. we started fund raising activity to implement this successfully. we need a lots of volunteer for this plantation project. it is not the one man task. it is very tedious activity and lots of motivation needed to run this successfully.

to be continue......

Why school teacher of Bihar fighting for their constitutional right of equal pay for equal work.

If we gone through the case study of corona virus and "if we try to find out the answer of this question, the highest impact of corona virus or covid-19 on which state people". its only Bihar where teachers are on long strike.

to be continue......

Why Bihar still treated a backward state. ngo has a great opportunity to work for development of Bihar. stop spreading corona virus or covid-2019

On national parameter of India, Bihar still treated a backward state. we Bihari's still treated as a member of so called " BMARU" state. its a challenged for all Bihari's to work proudly in the remaining part of India. why people see Bihari's as a labour in other state of India. if we see closely and compile the data of employeed people all over the country then Bihari's are on top most post with huge power at their post. why people refuses to accept Bihari's. today's we are going to discuss all about the role of Bihar in development of our country. A huge potentials for NGOs is left in Bihar. a lots of Bihar Government project running for development of people. most of work done through registered NGOs in Bihar. Bihar is still far behind in compared to developed state, so huge hidden potentials for NGOs is still awaitings. the NGOs which are really working on ground levels with honesty have huge future potentials. no other best means available to serve the state. be a part of growing NGOs and serve our state. NGOs activities should not be dependent on govt project only, but we have to generate some self great idea for people welfares. NGOs have right to start any project which benifits the society. so not much depends for govt project. the real power of NGOs came through self motivated society oriented work from which a major part of society get benefited.

Why people of Bihar ill treated in the rest part of india. it is not for the lack of skill or some other bad reasons but due to highly creative, hard working, interested to do any kind of work, very rich in knowledge gaining, and lots more good qualities. other state people thinks that Bihari's are so smart and hard working they got easily employment opportunities in their state. the native people strugglings to get a good job in their own state. so people make their negative perception for the Bihari's. most of the bihar big cities are hub of students. a lots of student also came to bihar for prepration of entrance exam for job as well as admission in various courses. the other metro cities of india is also full of bihari's student. both class of bihar elite means student and illitrate class means labour class will found all of the city of india. most of the people see only the labour class and think that all biharis are so poor, dirty, and  uneducated. but the reality is something different from this myth.

most of enginnering and medical collages of india across the all states are full of bihari student. every year a number of student qualify for IPS and IAS through UPSC. so talents are full  in biharis student.

biharis are only moving from out of state is for lack of industry and lack of work. otherwise no need to move other state. we are ready to work for developement of our state bihar. some how on some day bihar will lead the india GDP through its educated and uneducated man force. Bihar is the state from where in each and every lok sabha there are ministers in cabinet. so we always get some best department cabinet minister from our state. the day is not far away we will grow and participate in india growing story.

Dhankeshri Devi Foundation main mission is development of under privileged population. women empowerment. helping in education and medical facility to the poor families. bihar govt already running a lots of projects to uplifting the life of poor families. we have to come forward and participate in govt project so that most of the needy people get benefited. social services is the best services.

if you are from Bihar then be proud as "Bihari"

Why 2nd or 3rd source of income is important for salaried class employee w.r.t Moratorium in India for 3 months

RBI has announced banks moratorium period of 3 months in india. when WHO declares corona virus a global epedemic, most of country has issued medical and travelling guidlines for their citizens. Indian govt have also issued a number of medical guidlines as well travelling. to stop the spreading of impact of corona virus our central government had announced 21 days lockdown. all means of transportation like buses, trains, aeroplanes and even private vehicle has been stopped for public movement. people of india faces a lots of problem emotional as well as financials. emotional problems can not be shortout easily. it takes its own time. but govt want to minimize the financial problem of citizens of india. to minimize the financials problem govt requested/ordered/advised all banks for moratorium period of 3 months of all tender loans. moratorium periods indicates that the people of india are not financialy strong. only 21 days of lock donw pushes a number of people in financial bankruptcy. can you imagine how indians are buried under the loans.

the salaried class are buried under huge pressure of different kinds of loans. the most of the people are over expensive. they spend every month more than their income. life style of metro pushes the people towards loans trap. initially we started loans to maintain luxuary life style. on a latter stage we take more loan to repay the EMI of old loans. then we take motor loans and home loans.  almost every salaried young people maintain more than 3 credit cards. the main reason for over expense are easily offeres of credit cards and personals loan. the interest rate of such unsecure loans are very high. but when people needs for money then initially ignore such high interest rate and accept the loans. but slowy they realize that the payment of EMI is very tough. so most people hamper their credit scores. some got defaulted on many payments. some settles the account by lumsum payment.

the only for 21 days lockdown spoil the mood of more than 50% of salaried class. they have now a lots of issue regarding loan EMI payment. so our salaried class people are financially so weak. otherwise only for 21 days lockdown not attract any moratorium  period. moratorium period given by govt indicates that our people have very bad financial condition. i personally know many people  who are only two salary away from their financial default. if they do not get two consecutive salary from their employeer then it became impossible to pay their EMI and house rent on time.  so we have to think very deeply about our financial condition.

the actual data have to came after the month of April 2020. how many opted for moratorium for 3 months. but sure if govt thinks about this then at least 40% of people who have term loan should be opt. lets wait for the data have to come.

to improve the financial condition we have to create some 2nd or 3rd source of income to survive with this type of situation. whether the initial income is very low from other sources of 2nd or 3rd but it will help a lots to fight with such bad situation. so keep searching other source of income. try to proper utilise the lockdown period. otherwise  you will never get better opportunity like this to start 2nd or 3rd source of income. at least make a performa and list of idea on which you will start working after lockdown. many of the people does not get such free time in their life time again. it is up to you how to spend the time. time never waits for others. we have to wait for time. respect the value of time.

May be many people do not agree what i have mentioned in this article. this is my personal views, dhankeahri devi foundation views may differs from this article.

Why our PM Sh. Narendra Modi ji asked from the country of people to light up candle on 5th April 2020 w.r.t Corona Virus | covid-2019

Analysis report on the statement given by our beloved PM Sh. Narendra Modi Ji.

"On 5th April, 2020 candle lighting/ diya/ mobile flash light and the same time switch off all electric light for the same period at 9PM for 9 Minutes.

Why celebration like deepawali/dewali. diwali is a festival of brotherhood. during diwali we offers sweets to each other and best wishes for wealth creation. now we need to wishes people for the best health creation. stay at home, regular handwashing and through social distancing we can improve our health a lots to fight with corona virus. we must celebrates this for health creation of our people.

Actually when lockdown was announced then all of sudden a lots of people got trapped. without any future plan most of the people who are medically sick, daily wadges worker, unskilled worker, even small business man, old age people, senior citizens who live alone have all got trapped. some faces lack of money, some faces lack of rasan, some faces loneliness. the majority of people were unhappy with this lock down announcement. many people became mentaly ill. even youngester who trapped at remote places also not happy with this lockdown decision. most of the people saying that there should be some deadline for 24 to 48 hours before lockdown so that they arrange some rasan, medicine and other essentials. some may want to go home but they trapped at far remote work site. even some of people forcefully terminated their journey at mid ways. so over all people were not much happy.

The seriouness of corona virus may have not given ample time to higher authority to announce lockdown. so for the safety of country people our PM Sh. Narendra Modi ji announced complete lock down. after lockdown a number of issuses came in light. the inconvenience of people came in light. but we have limited options.

this is much needed for the people who feels loneliness, suffering mentaly and psychologically. PM thinks, it is the time to get full support from the people of india. people do not fell bad inspite of lots of troubles. so our PM try to make happy to all. so such kind of initiative was much needed and welcomed by people of india. we must obey the PM request and light up our balconies with home made diya or candle or with mobile flash lights..

prepration begins for candle lighting

Psychological difference between rural family and urban family

What rural families think about their childrens are completely different from urban families thinkings. both are citizens of India. both have almost same syllabus for study. whatever the school board of your study if you are appearing for the job then all student have same question paper to crack for the job. both rural and urban students have equal opportunity for the jobs. school reputation has not much role in cracking written exams. only matters the level of study. all state have its own school board. own syllabus but sync under the national education policy. whether it is the private school or govt school, the syllabus of upsc, pcs, iit-jee, medical, commerce, other engineerings are same for every student. what is the difference between rural people and urban people. the main difference is thinking, psychology and awareness. urban people admit their childrens in city topmost school/institutes for education. rural people have limited resources and they admit their childrens in mostly govt schools.

Whats the psychology behind the admissions of their childrens. urban people think about topmost institutes/schools for theirs admissions as per his social status. while on the other hand rural people think about cheap educations. mind it finaly these both student have compete the same entrance exam for job. some students have family business. so they just join their family business after completion of study. some family of students have planned some business after completion of  study. but most of the student have to fight for the jobs. so to get a good job they should have to crack the competitive exams. it has been seen that rural people get most of the govt jobs by cracking the competitive exams. most of the student of best private schools have either gobe for higher study of get a private jobs. those who wanted to a govt job will send their childrens in medium class schools or govt schools. those families who think that their childrens do a foreign job or high salary good private job send their childrens in top most private schools.

Family Educational psychology with respect to girl child

for rural family, they think that higher education for girls had not worthful. after all she has gone to some other family after marriage. so they skip higher study after schooling. they believe in some kind of hunar training like painting, beautician, silai-kadai-bunai type work, boutique shop, beauty parlour, tuitions classes or teaching work. in some case they prefer their girl child to compete for a govt job.

for urban family, they allow their girl child to conplete higher study to get a good job. they make their girl child self capable to do any kind of job. they not much differenciate between girl child and boy child.

Central Govt have lauched a number of projects so that girls candidate came forward and serve the nation. a number of life uplifting type project, self dependency type project, small scale bussiness type work and lots more.
upto intermediate without fee they can study in all govt school. a number of scholarship scheme for girl education is runing from govt.

Dhankeshri devi foundation always promote girl student for higher study and after that a good job. girls should be self capable so that they never dependent on their husband after marriage. self respect is the prime concern for all female in the 21st century. our ngo provide free tution classes upto class 10th for a girl student. free job oriented skill training any many more.

What is social distancing? Why it is so important to reduce the transmission of corona virus or covid-19

Social distancing, stay at home, handwash, sanitizer, mask, Quarantine and isolation these are the words which is used frequently every day after the breakout of corona virus all over the world. some words are completely new to many people. some of word we have listen first time like social distancing and quarantine
today we are going to discuss the meaning of there two words.

1. social distancing
if we can say in easy words then social distancing means physical distance of atleast 3ft or 1 meter from other people. we aware about the word social networking, social media, social bookmarkig, in the same manner social word used in social distancing. social means mass gathering. so social distancing means, make distance from mass gathering. social distancing also called physical distancing. through social distancing we can reduce the transmission of corona virus. social distancing is also useful during communicable diseases outbreak.

2. Quarantine
it means for a specific period of time a restriction may be imposed on a person or animal infected with communicable disease but do not have any confirmed medical diagnonis. in other words one can say a complete isolation for specific period of time from mass gathering. self quarantine means, if you feel that if you have symptons of a communicable diseases then on a precautionary note you yourself seperated from the other persons.

Why Indian people are not learning from USA, ITALY,SPAIN,FRANCE,BRITAIN and CHINA also about corona virus or covid-2019 impact

It is very sad that we are continuously increasing number of covid19 confirmed cases. now every day rate of  corona positive cases inccreasing. In spite of govt all precautionary guidlines indian are not ready to obey the lockdown. what indian people are thinking about corona virus is not 100% under standable. every day on television we seen a number of violation of lockdown. it is very crystal clear that, only through social distancing we can control the expension of corona virus. the country like USA, ITALY, SPAIN, FRANCE, BRITAIN and CHINA are well advanced in medical field, people are more aware, more educated, and country have best infrastructure, but still not capable to control the spreading of virus. more and more new cases arise daily. some of the country surrendered to the corona virus. inspite of all preventive measures they not succeed to stop spreading of virus. indian have large population than these developed country. very poor medical and infra structure in our country. if covid virus started spreading like those developed country then its impossible to control the situation. we have to learn from the rest of the world. the latest report as on 1st April 2020 of corona virus in country is as under.

source: covid19india.org

It is very silly things that many of people saying that our climate condition is very different than others. i am young so virus can not attack on me, my village have no any case of virus so i am safe. they are moving here and there without any reason. i do not know when we learn from others. if we are not following the guidlines issued by our health department then virus cases may break all records. india may be a hub of corona virus. think again amd again. if USA surrender infront of corona then who are we people. worst have yet to come. please please follow all guidlines. save your family, save your self. stay at home as much as possible. wash your hand on regular intervals. keep constant eyes on family childrens. they are easy target of virus.

Please follow all safety measures. otherwise no one will save us. An initiative in public interest by dhankeshri devi foundation, rasulpur, rohatas, bihar.

Chaiti Chhath and Ram Navami not celebrated in full swing in connection with corona virus or covid-2019

Chaiti Chhath and Ram Navami both are big festivals of India. Hindu religious celebrating both the festivals on large scale. heavy crowd gather at chhath ghat. Ram Navami julus has a memorable moment for Hindu religious. whole country every year celebrates both festivals with joy. now this year in 2020 both are not celebrated with joy. due to corona virus most of famous temples are already closed. most of the famous chhath ghat are also closed completely. no one has permission to visit chhath ghat. some people celebrating chhath puja within their society campus with lots of precaution. they have to follow all the guidlines issued by the authority. specially social distancing. i have remember that, chhath puja attracts highest crowd at chhat ghat. not even a single inch space left between the people. almost each and every people moving as slow as like an ant at chhhat ghat.

Every year Ram Navami celebrated on large scale. every city or even every village have ram navami julus. but due to corona virus epedemic this festival is not celebrating. people arrange puja at their village. no julus at all. first time in history since birth of loard Sri Ram, Ram Navami not celebrated. i have not remembered any such incident of not celebration of ram navami in spite of several times communial tense moment.

we at dhankeshri devi foundation appeals the people to stay at home. follow the govt all guidlines and precaution issued by them.Govt are working on the safety for people of our country. we have also support govt guidlines to avoid spreading of this diseases. our country is passing from very big bad time. stay at home cheers the festivals at home. be safe and make sure other will be also safe. next year we will celebrate both the festival chaiti chhat and ram navami with double dhamaka and joy.
